Genre Decision Blog

 My opening sequence will consist of the action genre. I've concluded to have the action genre because it is better suited to how I would like to have my opening sequence set up. For example, the element in action would be a fight scene. This is more preferable to me and I believe this is a way to grab the viewer's attention and make them want me to see more and more. This also allows for me to be more organized due to the fact that I have seen many movies and films of the action film genre. I have a better understanding of what is needed to be in my opening sequence. Since I will be using the action film genre in it. I will also be able to incorporate many other elements and key factors from the action film. Such as chasing into my opening scene. Since my main character will have a scene where he is being chased by the stalker to grab hold of him and his money.

Planning for my Nike commercial

Props Since I decided to produce a Nike commercial, my main props will be Nike products. Other props will be a football, water bottles, and a basketball. Costumes  In my commercial I will be the subject of the commercial. I will wear athletic clothing with dark coloring. Such as gym pants, a loose shirt, and a jacket. I will also be wearing running shoes during the commercial. I may also need to wear sweatbands such as a headband to prevent the sweat from dripping down into my eye. Schedule On 10/23/20 I will research conventions and codes of Nike commercial. On 10/24/20 I will establish the props, costumes, schedule, location list, and backup plan. Creative Critical Reflection: Blog

 1. My commercial challenges convention by giving a display on how "Nike" commercial would go. In the commercial it displays the athletes and how they use Nike products for their sports.   2. My product engages with the audience by giving a representation of how a track athlete warms up in their Nike gear. It would be showed to the media by advertised though the television or social media apps.  3. My production skill developed by the editing skills improving. My transition were more smooth than my last product.  4. I integrated hardware to software by taking the videos from my phone and uploading it to my computer. I then would upload the videos from my computer to Youtube. Allowing it to be displayed to anyone that is how I integrated social media.
